You can start using Gymler immediately as a guest user. To create a full account, go to your Profile and tap "Create Account". You'll need to provide an email address, username, and password. Your guest workout data will be preserved.
Tap the "Start Workout" button on the home screen. You can then add exercises from our library, set your sets, reps, and weight. Once you're done, tap "Finish Workout" to save your session. Your progress will be tracked automatically.
Yes! You can follow other Gymler users to see their workouts and achievements. Go to the "Following" section to find friends or other athletes. When you follow someone, their public workouts will appear in your feed.
Go to the Profile tab and tap the settings icon in the top right. From there you can update your personal information, change units (metric/imperial), language preferences, notification settings, and more.
Yes, all your workout data is automatically synced to our secure cloud servers. This means you can access your workout history from any device by logging into your account. Your data is encrypted and protected.
To delete your account, go to Profile > Delete Account. Please note that this action is irreversible and will permanently delete all your workout data, achievements, and profile information. You can also email us at support@gymler.app to request account deletion. Guest accounts that have not been converted to a full account do not store personal data and can be removed by reinstalling the app.
